Sehr ruhige und gemütliche Ferienwohnung am Chiemsee. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Marwang, dies ist ein kleiner Ortsteil von Grabenstätt. Über 80m2 Wohnfläche bieten Ihnen einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Essbereich und Küche sind voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen und Esstisch. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, WLAN und ein eigener Parkplatz sind im Preis enthalten. Vom Balkon (Südlage) können Sie das Alpenpanorama genießen.

Environment description

In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, MTB-Touren, Schwimmen, Langlauf und vieles mehr. Der Tüttensee ist ein beliebter Badesee und liegt nur 1 km weit entfernt. Viele gemütliche Restaurants laden zum Verweilen ein. Sehenswert sind auch unsere Vereine wie Trachenverein GTEV Grabenstätt und der Musikverein Grabenstätt, die im Sommer regelmäßig Veranstaltungen anbieten. Das Bayrische Meer, der Chiemsee mit der "Hirschauer Bucht" und seinem Beobachtungsturm für Vögel lässt jedes ornitologen Herz höher schlagen.
