The completely newly renovated apartment is located in a well-kept apartment building. It consists on the first floor of a large living room, dining room and bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with separate bathroom and loggia. The apartment is very tasteful and high quality furnishings. The kitchen has electric stove with oven and dishwasher as well as coffee maker, toaster, water and egg boiler. In the downstairs bathroom there is a bathtub with shower and toilet. The spacious living room has a cozy rustic corner bench with table and chairs, a large corner couch that can serve as a double bed, as well as a TV and a small stereo. On the balcony there are table, four chairs, two sun loungers, awning and parasol. In the upstairs bedroom there is a large double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The upstairs bathroom has shower, toilet and a washing machine. In the loggia above there is a round cafe table with two wicker armchairs, especially from here you have a fantastic view of the Chiemgau mountains to the Kaiser Mountains. Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available, as well as dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. In addition, the apartment has WLAN connection. A parking space in front of the house is also included. It is up to the guests to do the final cleaning themselves or to book it as an optional service at a price of 40,-- Euro.

Description

The apartment is located in Winkl, a quiet residential area. Winkl is a part of Grabenstätt. To Grabenstätt it is about 2 km, there you will find all important shopping facilities, pharmacy, restaurants and the tourist information. A bus stop is about 200 m away from the apartment. Lake Chiemsee is about 3 km away. The highway exit Grabenstätt is about 500 m away. Winkl is a central starting point for excursions to the Chiemsee, the Chiemgau and the Berchtesgadener Land.

The mentioned prices are valid plus spa tax of 1,00 EUR per person/night for persons from the completed 16th year of age for children from the completed 6th year of age until the completed 16th year of age 0,50 EUR per person/night. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of handicap of 80 out of 100 as well as their necessary accompanying persons are also exempt from spa fees.
