It consists on the first floor of a large living room, dining room and bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with separate bathroom and loggia. The apartment is very tasteful and high quality furnishings. The kitchen has electric stove with oven and dishwasher as well as coffee maker, toaster, water and egg boiler. In the downstairs bathroom there is a bathtub with shower and toilet. The spacious living room has a cozy rustic corner bench with table and chairs, a large corner couch that can serve as a double bed, as well as a TV and a small stereo. On the balcony there are table, four chairs, two sun loungers, awning and parasol. In the upstairs bedroom there is a large double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The upstairs bathroom has shower, toilet and a washing machine. In the loggia above there is a round cafe table with two wicker armchairs, especially from here you have a fantastic view of the Chiemgau mountains to the Kaiser Mountains.
