The second double room is also 20 sqm, newly renovated and is also located on the second floor. The mentioned bathroom is for both double rooms and is only used by them! We welcome you in two lovingly and modernly furnished double rooms with a view into the open nature and over a horse paddock. TV and WLAN are available in both rooms. For the preparation of coffee and tea, a kettle, coffee and tea accessories and cups are available. Bread, rolls and pastries are available in the "Brothaus Lehrbach", which is only a few minutes walk away - you can also take advantage of the rich breakfast offer directly there in the attached café.

Description
On our very nice farm there are two vacation apartments and one or two double rooms. Please note: the double room (the "green room") is on the second floor, the corresponding bathroom on the ground floor! For a third and fourth person an additional double room (the "red room") can be booked in addition (by indicating the number of persons). The second double room is also 20 sqm, newly renovated and is also located on the second floor. The mentioned bathroom is for both double rooms and is only used by them! For children there is plenty of space to play on our farm. A children's playground with sandbox, swing and slide is available for our little ones. Also a giant trampoline makes children's hearts beat faster. On our horses or ponies can be ridden by arrangement. The small animals can be petted at any time. Our farm is located in the district of Erlstätt. In the district town of Traunstein, which you can reach in 5 minutes by car, you will find all the important facilities, a pedestrian zone to stroll through and much more. Also to the beach at the Chiemsee it is only 5 minutes by car. In winter you will find a toboggan slope at the house, cross-country ski trails nearby (about 2 km), ski resorts in the area. - We would like to make your stay as pleasant as possible and look forward to your visit. The above prices are subject to a spa fee of EUR 1.00 per person/night for persons over the age of 16 EUR 0.50 per person/night for children from the age of 6 to the age of 16. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Holders of a severely disabled pass with a degree of disability of 80 out of 100 and their necessary accompanying persons are also exempt from spa fees.
