Our vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor, a large balcony offers an unobstructed view of the Achental valley and the Bavarian Alps. The vacation apartment is not a self-contained unit. The bright and spacious kitchen-living room is comfortably furnished with a dining area, a pull-out couch, TV and radio. The apartment also includes a bedroom with a double bed and closet. If necessary, an additional crib (for children up to 3 years) can be provided. The bathroom offers enough space for the whole family with shower cabin, bathtub and two washbasins. WC is separate. Towels and bed linen are of course provided.

In our spacious garden with sun terrace or also on the balcony you can admire the fantastic mountain panorama. All important facilities such as doctor, pharmacy, grocery stores can be found in the towns of à Übersee and Grabenstätt, which you can reach in a few minutes by car. It is also not far to go swimming. The Chiemsee is only about 5 km away. Also to the other excursion destinations such as Herrenchiemsee Castle, Hochfelln cable car etc. it is not far by car. The above prices are subject to a spa fee of EUR 1.00 per person/night for persons over the age of 16 EUR 0.50 per person/night for children from the age of 6 to the age of 16. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Holders of a severely disabled pass with a degree of disability of 80 out of 100 and their necessary accompanying persons are also exempt from spa fees.
