Sophie grew up in the beautiful Chiemgau region and knows the area inside and out. Her roots and love for her homeland are reflected in every detail of our holiday home. Julius has dedicated his life to the hospitality industry and brings a wealth of experience in guest care and satisfaction. Our shared passion is to share the beauty of Chiemgau and traditional Bavarian hospitality with many people. Arrival Description

Directions by car to your accomodation 'Chiemgau One': From Munich: Take the A8 motorway towards Salzburg. Exit the A8 at junction 112 (Bernau am Chiemsee) and follow the B305 towards Grassau/Reit im Winkl. Follow the B305 through Bernau am Chiemsee and Grassau. In Marquarstein, turn right onto Tiroler Straße/B307. After about 1 km, turn left onto Freiweidacherstraße. Freiweidacherstraße 8a is on the right side at the end of the cul-de-sac. From Salzburg: Take the A1 motorway and follow the A8 towards Munich. Exit the A8 at junction 112 (Bernau am Chiemsee) and follow the B305 towards Grassau/Reit im Winkl. Follow the B305 through Bernau am Chiemsee and Grassau. In Marquarstein, turn right onto Tiroler Straße/B307. After about 1 km, turn left onto Freiweidacherstraße. Freiweidacherstraße 8a is on the right side at the end of the cul-de-sac. Direction by public transportation to your accomodation 'Chiemgau One: From Munich: Take the regional train (Meridian) towards Salzburg and get off at Prien am Chiemsee. From Prien am Chiemsee, take bus 9505 towards Reit im Winkl and get off at Marquarstein, Rottau. Walk along Tiroler Straße/B307 for about 1 km and turn left onto Freiweidacherstraße. Freiweidacherstraße 8a is on the right side at the end of the cul-de-sac. From Salzburg: Take the regional train (Meridian) towards Munich and get off at Prien am Chiemsee.
