Welcome to our charming vacation apartment in the heart of Bavaria, which offers the perfect mix of modern & clean design as well as Bavarian coziness. With a living space of 57 square meters, you can expect an inviting home for up to 4 people and enough space to fully enjoy your stay. The apartment has two rooms: a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a living room with a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space. The seating area in the bright bay window in the living room invites you to relax and linger. You can prepare your meals in the separate, fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Particularly noteworthy is the large, wrap-around balcony, which offers you a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. Thanks to the canopy, it provides space for relaxed hours outdoors almost continuously. The bathroom also has plenty of space, is very clean and offers comfort. You can conveniently reach all the daily shopping, restaurants, cafes and other infrastructure on foot. For active vacationers, a rich offer awaits: Directly from the house, you start your varied hiking and cycling tours (Hochgern, Kampenwand, Tiroler Achen). The nearby bathing lake with its own restaurant and the diverse excursion destinations (Munich, Salzburg, Rosenheim, Traunstein, Chiemsee, Kitzbühl, Kuftstein) in the surrounding area promise pure relaxation. In the basement, you will also find practical amenities such as a washing machine, a vending machine for drinks and even a sauna - perfect for a relaxed retreat after an active day. Environment description
The apartment is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Unterwössen in the Achental valley. Everyday amenities such as supermarkets, a pharmacy, a beverage store, a bakery, a café, restaurants, and banks are all within a few minutes' walk. In the summer, numerous activities are possible: hiking and cycling/MB tours starting right from the doorstep, cooling off in the Wössner Lake and Wössner Brook, water sports on Lake Chiemsee, and city trips to Traunstein, Rosenheim, Salzburg, or Munich. In the winter, winter sports and snow enthusiasts will get their money's worth: Enjoy leisurely skiing and sledding on the natural snow slopes at the Balsberg in Unterwössen or the Steinrücken lift in the Schleching district of Ettenhausen. Many kilometers of slopes await skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts in the Hochkössen or Winklmoosalm-Steinplatte ski areas. Those who want to enjoy nature will find peace and fulfillment on well-maintained cross-country ski trails, ski tours, and winter hiking paths.

Arrival Description
It's easy to get here: coming from Munich towards Salzburg on the A8, take the exit in Bernau and then drive via Grassau and Marquartstein to Unterwössen. Follow the main road past a nursery (on the right), the cemetery and the church (on the left), past the Edeka supermarket and the petrol station on the left. Heading towards the end of the village, you will find our apartment on the left in the rear building at number 103 in a beautiful residential complex. You can drive into the driveway here, either park in the parking spaces in front of the house or drive into the underground garage (duplex parking available). You can also park in the parking bays at the front on the main road.
