The kitchen is well equipped and offers you numerous utensils and a selection of spices. A large dining table invites you to eat together. The equipment also includes a fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and hob - everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. The bathroom is fully equipped with fresh towels and a hairdryer. Towels can be changed at any time. The WC is separate. The lovingly furnished children's room invites you to play and discover with lots of toys - including a children's kitchen, a workbench, puzzles, games and books. A large, cosy couch (sofa bed) and a comfortable reading chair await you in the living room. Family games are also at your disposal. The balcony is furnished with chairs, a lounger and parasols - the perfect place to relax and enjoy. The bedroom is furnished with a large bed with a mattress measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres. A baby cot is available free of charge. In the children's room there is a bed with a mattress measuring 80 x 2.00 metres, which can be extended to two mattresses if required. There is also a practical baby changing unit.

Bergliebe holiday flat - your cosy home for 1-4 people The Bergliebe holiday flat with 100 m² of living space is located on the 1st floor and can be reached via a staircase. In the entrance area you will find small welcome gifts and important information for your stay. WLAN and a television are of course also available. A washing machine is available on request and can be used for a fee of 3 euros per wash. Pets are welcome One pet is welcome (for an extra charge). If you are travelling with two dogs, please contact us in advance. A car park is available directly at the house free of charge. Tip: Please also take a look at our new holiday flat Waldzeit - lovingly furnished and ideal for relaxing days in the middle of nature. Take a look - maybe it's just the right thing for you.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night for adults aged 16 and over. Children from 6 to 15 years: EUR 1.00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.
Arrival Description
You can reach us via the motorway A8 Munich direction Salzburg, exit Übersee, Grabenstätt or Bernau. Continue in the direction of Staudach, at the roundabout cross the Tiroler Ache.
