Listed historic farmhouse "Lohei" with three massive detached wooden chalets and a historic Zuhäusl, situated on an extensive orchard meadow on the edge of the Wössner Bach stream. On the outskirts of Unterwössen. In addition, there are other functional buildings such as a lockable bicycle room, farm shop, washing machine room and carport. The farm's own beekeeping and a happy flock of chickens complement the rural ambience. Two cats replace the farm dog. The offers of our "Kammerl" are available to you day and night: Our farm products such as eggs, honey, jams, apple juice - but also some other foodstuffs such as milk, butter, muesli, pasta, coffee and the like are always freshly available, you note down what you take with you and pay on departure, Regional beers (also chilled), selected wines as well as mineral water and juices can also be bought here, tourist brochures, travel guides, Hiking maps are available for you to borrow free of charge, as well as other kitchen equipment such as fondue sets, filter coffee machines, waffle irons and barbecue utensils. Environment description

Das Anwesen Lohei erstreckt sich mit einem Obstanger in südlicher Hanglage von der Unterwössner Hauptstraße bis ans Steilufer des Wössner Baches, von wo aus man einen freien Blick auf Hochplatte, Balsberg, Hochlerch und Hochgern genießt. Die Lage im Achental zwischen Chiemsee und Wildem Kaiser bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren durch die schönen Chiemgauer Alpen. Weitere Ausflugsziele wie Rosenheim, Traunstein oder Salzburg sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.

Arrival Description

Mit dem Auto Aus Richtung München kommend verlässt man die Autobahn A8 an der Ausfahrt Bernau, aus Richtung Salzburg kommend an der Ausfahrt Grabenstätt. Dann sind es noch 15 Minuten auf der Landstraße Richtung Reit im Winkl. Die Fahrtzeit ab der Münchner Stadtgrenze beträgt etwa eine Stunde. Mit Bus und Bahn Mit dem Zug empfiehlt sich die Fahrt bis Prien, wo Sie in den Bus nach Reit im Winkl umsteigen und direkt bis zum Lohei (Haltestelle Praschberger) fahren können.
