The approx. 60 sqm have a fully equipped kitchen with seating area and everything needed for cooking and dining. Of course, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, cooker with oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, bread machine are available. A large, light-flooded living room with a large, comfortable living area and access to the balcony (south side). As well as TV/ radio/ CD and WLAN. A bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200cm and a large spacious wardrobe, as well as external blinds for darkening. A spacious daylight bathroom with new shower tub/tub. Of course, bed linen, towels, toilet paper and hairdryer are also provided. Smoking is ONLY allowed on the balcony! A dog is very welcome. The holiday flat is ready for occupancy from 16.00 on the day of arrival.

Welcome to our WIADAHOAM holiday flat in Marquartstein in Upper Bavaria. The beautiful spacious, cosy 2 room holiday flat for 2 (3) persons is located on the 1st floor of our 2 family house. A parking space is available in the courtyard. A pet is very welcome.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich - Salzburg; Exit: Bernau am Chiemsee, continue in the direction of Reit im Winkl. In Grassau straight across the roundabout (direction Marquartstein/Piesenhausen) and after approx. 600 metres (chapel) turn right in the direction of Piesenhausen. Turn left at the Piesenhausen junction and after approx. 1 km you will reach your destination on the left.
