Chalet Hochgern is located in the beautiful village of Staudach-Egerndach in the Achental valley. The bright and very quiet holiday flat, a new building with 60sqm living space, complete with underfloor heating and a spacious south-facing balcony, offers a wonderful view of the local mountain Hochgern. In the chalet there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee machine. A generous table offers enough space for cosy meals. The open living and sleeping area with large double bed invites you to relax. In the middle of the flat is the elaborately and lovingly designed bathroom. In the bathroom you will find a floor-level rain shower, a large washbasin, wall-mounted radio and illuminated make-up mirror.

The beautiful and very quiet village of Staudach-Egerndach is located in the Achental valley and invites you to absolute relaxation. Nestled between mountains, the Tyrolean Ache and Lake Chiemsee, the village and its surroundings offer numerous excursion options that are easy to reach on foot or by bike. For mountain enthusiasts, it is directly from the holiday flat to the local mountain Hochgern, which develops its own charm in every season. For relaxed and leisurely walks, there are numerous signposted hiking trails along the Tiroler Ache or through the Staudacher Moor. An excursion tip is the "Staudacher Moorrundweg" with many lovingly designed attractions. Two traditional Bavarian inns "Zum Ott" and "Mühlwinkl" invite you to enjoy a meal. Whether a great "Schnitzel" or rather "delicious game", there is something for everyone.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night for adults aged 16 and over. Children from 6 to 15 years: EUR 1.00, children from 0 to 5 years are free of charge.
Arrival Description
Motorway A8 exit Bernau am Chiemsee or A8 exit Übersee, approx. 10 min. drive by car to Chalet Hochgern. Arrival by train is also possible, arrival station in Übersee - shuttle service.
