Die im Sommer 2021 renovierte Ferienwohnung "Alpenflair" genießt eine malerische, ruhige Lage in Schleching-Ettenhausen und bietet vom Balkon einen wunderschönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge (Geigelstein, etc.). Im Haus befindet sich ein zur Wohnung gehörender TG-Stellplatz. Ebenso sind ein Münz-Waschraum, sowie ein Skiaufbewahrungsraum vorhanden. Ein kleiner Wellnessraum mit Münz-Sauna rundet das Angebot ab.
Environment description
Kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Einen Skilift, sowie einen Golfplatz erreichen Sie im 9 km entfernten Kössen. Der Chiemsee liegt ca. 20km entfernt, Kitzbühl ca. 37 km und der nächstgelegene Flughafen Salzburg ist ca. 55 km entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür hat man die Möglichkeit, sofort auf wunderschönen Wander-, sowie Radwegen die Gegend zu erkunden. Nicht umsonst heißt es "die Bergsteiger-Dörfer" - Wandern nach Herzenslust. E-Ladestation für Ihr Auto in der Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr möglich.
