Small holiday flat in a quiet residential area, ideal for paragliders and gliders. Within walking distance of the paragliding school on the Balsberg in Unterwössen. Near cross-country skiing trail and Balsberg lift. Other popular activities include Nordic walking and skiing. The Wössner See lake - located in a beautiful setting - is an inviting place to swim. The restaurant located at Wössner See satisfies hunger and thirst.

Arrival Description
Coming from Munich on the A8, take the Bernau am Chiemsee exit and continue in the direction of Reit im Winkl. In Unterwössen, turn right at the church into Alte Dorfstraße and after approx. 400 metres keep left and continue on Burgweg. Pass the fire station and after the big bump turn left into Garbmühlstraße. After approx. 300 metres, turn left into Balsbergstraße. You will find your host on the right-hand side at house no. 2.
