Furnished and covered south/west balcony with magnificent mountain view and private garden area (barbecue possibility) - an ideal place to relax and unwind. The guest parking space is directly at the house. Lockable bicycle shed and ski cellar available. Our holiday flat is a non-smoking flat, unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

Quietly located holiday flat close to the centre with short shopping distances to the bakery and grocery shop "around the corner". An ideal starting point for hikes to managed alpine huts and extensive cycling or mountain bike tours. On request, we rent out our sailing dinghy on Lake Chiemsee to guests. Our flat is a non-smoking flat, unfortunately we cannot accept pets!

Im Januar bringt Sie unser Shuttlebus zum Biathlon-Weltcup nach Ruhpolding Ausflugsziele für Familien mit Kindern, z.B. Märchenpark in Marquartstein oder Mammutmuseum in Ruhpolding Schnell erreichen Sie kulturelle Highlights in allen Himmelsrichtungen, z.B. Chiemsee-Schifffahrt, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg oder Kufstein

Arrival Description
Lage Sie finden uns am nördlichen Ortseingang von Unterwössen. Unmittelbar nach der Gärtnerei Blumen Glanz zweigt links die Frühlingstraße von der Hauptstraße ab. Nach ca. 70 Metern, am Ende der 3. Abfahrt links erreichen Sie schon am Lieblingsort. Mit dem Auto Aus Richtung München kommend verlassen Sie die Autobahn A8 an der Ausfahrt Bernau am Chiemsee (AS106), aus Richtung Salzburg an der Ausfahrt Grabenstätt (AS109). Von dort aus sind es noch jeweils 15 Minuten auf der Bundesstraße B305 bzw. St2096 in Richtung Reit im Winkl. Mit Bus und Bahn Mit dem Zug aus Richtung München/Salzburg fahren Sie am besten bis Prien am Chiemsee. Dort steigen Sie um in den RVO-Bus 9505 Richtung Reit im Winkl und fahren bis zur Haltestelle Unterwössen Zentrum. Von dort aus erreichen Sie den Lieblingsort in 5 Gehminuten. Gerne holen wir Sie am Bahnhof oder an der Bushaltestelle ab.
