Cosy maisonette holiday flat, approx. 65 sqm in a quiet location, wonderful view of the Hochlerch, Schnappenberg and Marquartstein Castle. Ideal starting point for hiking, mountain and cycling tours. Facilities: Own entrance, large balcony. On the ground floor there is an open living area with a modern kitchen, dining area and a cosy sitting area. There is also a WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor (mansard) is the bedroom with box-spring bed, bath/shower with WC and additional sofa bed in the gallery. The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee pad machine, toaster, kettle, induction plates and oven, LED TV with SAT-TV, radio/CD, hairdryer. Our accommodation is a non-smoking flat, we cannot accept pets, we ask for your understanding. The holiday flat is ready for occupancy from 16.00 on the day of arrival. The beds are made and towels are ready for you. On the day of departure, the flat must be handed over by 10.00 am.

Starten Sie direkt von der Haustür zu Bergtouren, Wanderungen und Radfahrten im Chiemgau. Die Tiroler Ache fließt durch Marquartstein, kleinere Seen wie der Reifinger See in Grassau, der Wössner See in Unterwössen und der Zeller See in Schleching sind wunderschöne Badeseen und leicht mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Auch der Chiemsee liegt nur ca. 15 km entfernt mit seinem wunderschönen Königsschloss und der Fraueninsel.
