Cosy maisonette holiday flat, approx. 65 sqm in a quiet location, wonderful view of the Hochlerch, Schnappenberg and Marquartstein Castle. Ideal starting point for hiking, mountain and cycling tours. Facilities: Own entrance, large balcony. On the ground floor there is an open living area with a modern kitchen, dining area and a cosy sitting area. There is also a WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor (mansard) is the bedroom with box-spring bed, bath/shower with WC and additional sofa bed in the gallery. The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee pad machine, toaster, kettle, induction plates and oven, LED TV with SAT-TV, radio/CD, hairdryer. Our accommodation is a non-smoking flat, we cannot accept pets, we ask for your understanding. The holiday flat is ready for occupancy from 16.00 on the day of arrival. The beds are made and towels are ready for you. On the day of departure, the flat must be handed over by 10.00 am.

The ground floor features an open-concept living area with a modern kitchen, dining area, and a cozy sitting area. There is also a separate restroom on the ground floor. Upstairs (attic), you'll find the bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200), a bathroom with a shower and restroom, and an additional sleeper sofa in the loft. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee pad machine, toaster, electric kettle, induction cooktop, and oven, as well as an LED TV with satellite TV, radio/CD player, and hair dryer. Our apartment is non-smoking; we cannot accommodate pets-we appreciate your understanding.

We offer you a relaxing getaway among the mountains and lakes of the Achental Valley and its surroundings. Set out right from our doorstep on mountain hikes, walks, and bike rides throughout the Chiemgau region. The Tiroler Ache River flows through Marquartstein, and smaller lakes such as Reifinger See in Grassau, Wössner See in Unterwössen, and Zeller See in Schleching are beautiful swimming lakes and easily accessible by bike. Lake Chiemsee is also only about 15 km away, with its magnificent royal castle and Fraueninsel.
