Our farm is decorated with beautiful flowers and has a large garden. The cycle paths lead directly past the house. Of course, bicycles are also available for you. So that you know where to go, we will gladly give you cycling maps to discover and explore the most beautiful spots with us. Your children are welcome to go into the stable to feed or stroke calves, rabbits, cats, chickens and ducks. Barbecue area, bread roll service and table tennis are also part of our services to offer you an unforgettable holiday.

Environment description

Staudach-Egerndach liegt in einer sehr reizvollen Lage im Tal der Tiroler Ache, südlich vom Chiemsee. Unweit der Metropolen München (90km), Salzburg (50km), Innsbruck (115km). Kleinere Städte wi Traunstein (20km), Rosenheim (40km).So ist Staudach-Egerndach auch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Direkt am Fuße der Chiemgauer Berge, wo sich gegen Norden hin das Tal hin öffnet und die weiten Flächen der Kendlmühl Filzen, Egerndacher-Filzen und des Cheimsees übergeht, liegt der Ort unmittelbar unterhalb des Hochgerns.Es gibt unzählige Wander-und Radwege aller Kategorien oder bei Bergtouren über die Almen und sonnigen Gipfel . Wassersport ist auf dem Chiemsee oder der Tiroler Ache möglich. Das Achental ist eine Pionierregion des Fliegens und bietet Drachen und Gleitschirmfliegern ideale Möglichkeiten. Die Deutsche Alpen-Segelflugschule DASSU Unterwössen bietet neben dem klassischen Segelfliegen auch Rundflüge für Gäste.

Fam. Gehmacher - Beim Heiß'n Auf unserem Familienbetrieb haben wir eine große gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Wir haben einen Milchviehbetrieb mit eigener Nachzucht. Neben den Kühen und Kälbern haben wir auch noch Hühner und Masthänchen. Unsere selbsthergestellten Produkte, Schnaps, Milch, Eier, Fleisch, Marmeladen. Käse.... kann man im Hofladen Wilde Kuh erwerben. Er wird von den Gästen sehr geschätzt. Gerne können sie dem Wasdl jun. beim Käsen helfen.
