Description

This comfortable non-smoking holiday flat is situated in a calm neighbourhood in Fischbach, a district of Friedrichshafen, close to the Lake Constance. The cosy and well-kept two-room flat (40 sqm) on the ground floor has a balcony to the south and is suitable for 2 persons. One bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Only a few minutes to the lakefront and the lido. Shopping facilities and public transport are nearby.

Conditions/extras

On the property, the terrace and the balcony smoking is not permitted for the benefit of all housemates of the house. Your dog is welcome to spend the holiday with us (surcharge). Second dog only on request. Please keep in mind - even a dog who is easily left alone at home can, if left alone in a strange environment, bark / howl / yell and / or destroy objects (such as doors / doorframes) for fear of loss. For this reason, it is prohibited to leave animals alone and without supervision in our apartments. Your four-legged friend will thank you.
