The holiday apartment offers beautiful views of the surrounding orchards and, with its bright and welcoming atmosphere, provides a pleasant home away from home. The apartment has a separate bedroom and is suitable for both couples and solo travelers who value having their own sleeping area. A sofa bed is also available in the living room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.
The living area invites you to relax, while the well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, freezer compartment, oven, microwave, and other practical kitchen utensils.
A nearby bus connection provides easy access to the surrounding area. Lake Constance can be reached by bicycle in less than ten minutes—perfect for day trips, walks along the water, or simply enjoying relaxing days in the region.
Conditions/extras
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due within seven days of booking. The remaining 70% is payable by bank transfer no later than two days before arrival.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged; up to 14 days before arrival, 50% will be charged; and up to two days before arrival, 80% will be charged.
In the event of cancellation one day before arrival or a no-show, 90% of the amount will be charged.
Tourist tax information
The tourist tax in Friedrichshafen is not included in the indicated price. The tourist tax must be paid on site.
