Description

Our house is located in the Günterstal district at the foot of the Schauinsland mountain. The surrounding meadows and forests are perfect for hiking, jogging, or mountain biking. Tandem paragliding is also available for an extra fee. A beautiful forest playground is nearby. The city center with the cathedral and daily market is easily reached by tram, which stops close by, so you can get there in just 8 minutes without worrying about parking. It's about 3 km on foot. Our apartment is very cozy and furnished with lots of wood. It was newly renovated in November 2015 and now features tiled floors throughout most rooms. The holiday apartment is 89 sqm and offers 2 separate bedrooms, suitable for up to 5 guests. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, and dishwasher with tabs provided. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. One bedroom has two single beds (1.9 m x 0.90 m each) that can be pushed together, the other has a double bed (2 m x 1.8 m). For children, a travel cot, high chair, and toys are available. For entertainment, there is satellite TV, a radio with CD player, and Wi-Fi. A parking space is included. Bed linen is provided.

Barzahlung- Geld im Umschlag abgeben. Persönliche Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft. Auf Wunsch wird der Schlüssel unter der Fußmatte an der Eingangstür hinterlegt. Der Schlüssel wird im Vorfeld desinfiziert.

Directions

By car: Motorway A5 exit Freiburg Mitte, towards the city center/Titisee/Donaueschingen. At the second traffic light turn right into Günterstalstraße, continue approx. 2 km to Günterstal. The apartment is at the start of the village, on the right side. By public transport: From Freiburg main station by tram, line no 1 towards Littenweiler. Change at the second station (Bertoldsbrunnen) to line no 2 towards Günterstal; Get off at Wiesenweg. The apartment is located directly opposite.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. Should a visitors’ tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
