Tiny house with 38 m2, suitable for a maximum of 2 persons. The access, terrace, entrance and Tinyhaus are barrier-free. Three floor-to-ceiling sliding windows let plenty of light into the interior and provide a wonderful view of the outdoors. The highly insulated construction with triple-glazed windows ensures a pleasant indoor climate in summer and winter. In addition to the large sliding windows, each room has a ventilation sash with insect protection. Via the very spacious outdoor terrace you reach the luxurious living room with the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge with 3-star freezer compartment, induction hob with integrated extractor fan, oven and dishwasher. A large oak table 75 x 160 cm and 4 comfortable chairs complete the eat-in kitchen. The cosy living area is equipped with a sofa bed with side table and a stereo system with Bluetooth interface. The bathroom has a floor-level glass shower, WC, washbasin and vanity mirror with lighting. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the linen cupboard. The bedroom has a very large 60 cm deep built-in wardrobe with sliding doors. The solid oak bed measures 160 x 200 cm with separate slatted frames and mattresses. An LED flat screen with satellite TV and internet is built flush with the wall in the bedroom wall. In the Tinyhaus, free internet access is available via WLAN and additionally via LAN sockets. All rooms are heated via underfloor heating. The living rooms have oak parquet flooring; the bathroom has stoneware tiles. In the outdoor area a garden table and 4 chairs are waiting for you. There is a 270 x 270 cm traffic light umbrella as a sunshade in the outdoor area. Pets are not allowed. A free private parking space is available for your vehicle. If you drive an electric car, you can charge it at our wallbox if required; costs: EUR 0.50/kWh.
