Detached house with cozy attic apartment on the 1st floor. Quietly located in the western part of Frasdorf, only a few minutes to the town center. Vacation apartment with large south-facing loggia and unobstructed mountain views from the Kampenwand to the Hochries, dogs are welcome, non-smokers. The vacation apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions. Hike to the mountains right outside the front door or take one of the nearby cable cars to Kampenwand, Hochries or Wendelstein, magnificent views of the foothills of the Alps and many mountain peaks up to the Großglockner are guaranteed in good weather. The nearby Chiemsee with Herrenchiemsee Castle and the idyllic Fraueninsel, but also Munich, Salzburg, Rosenheim, Kufstein and Berchtesgaden with Königsee invite you to explore and are easily accessible from Frasdorf. Numerous sports activities and cultural offers such as swimming, kayaking, surfing, sailing, golf, paragliding, climbing (high ropes course), mini golf, as well as museums, concerts, village and lake festivals offer the nearby region.

Freeway Munich - Salzburg A 8, exit Frasdorf, turn right and immediately left into the village. Continue on the main road past the church to the end of the village, continue for about 300 m and then turn left, continue to Wendelsteinstraße, keep left here and then immediately turn right again into Heubergweg.
