Description
Well-maintained farm in a sunny location with beautiful mountain views in the district of Umrathshausen, about two kilometers outside of Frasdorf. Lawn for sunbathing and garden grill, for the children are also swing, trampoline and children's house available. Hiking trails lead from the house to Frasdorf, to the nearby Prienuferweg and to Aschau. The bedrooms are not heated, the remaining rooms have heating.

Arrival Description
Freeway A 8 Munich - Salzburg, direction Salzburg, exit Frasdorf, then turn right, pass the village Frasdorf under the freeway. After approx. 30 mtr. turn right into the freeway entrance to Munich and immediately turn left again in the direction of Hittenkirchen - Prien. After approx. 3 km at the beginning of the village turn right into Umrathshausen. Stay on the road, turn right in front of the church, drive around it and turn left again behind the church. You will find house no. 3 after about 50 meters.
