This 17th-century castle impresses visitors with its grand, historical atmosphere. Eight halls for up to 800 persons offer ample space for all kinds of events. The castle’s main hall has gained widespread renown as the setting for the very popular, annually televised carnival show, “Mainz bleibt Mainz”. As unique as the castle is, so perfect is its infrastructure: The Rheingoldhalle, for example, is only a short walk away on the Rhine riverside promenade. Combined with a daytime conference at Rheingoldhalle, the castle is the ideal location for a memorable evening function.
