The 90 m² “Hufeisen” vacation apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and two sofa beds in the living room. In the living room there is a projector for cozy movie nights, the underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room climate, the Swedish stove completes the cozy atmosphere. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a separate WC. We are living the energy revolution: There is a charging station for your electric car in the parking lot!

Description
The Martinihof has been a family-run farm for generations. A responsible approach to our environment has always been very important to us, which is why our farm has been certified according to the strict criteria of Bioland since 1995. The focus of our work is on preserving our species-rich cultural landscape - our land should provide a habitat for rare and endangered animal and plant species. From 2023 to 2025, we renovated the “Alte Schmiede” in Geuser - 5 km from our main areas - and converted it into a vacation home with two vacation apartments. The Frankenwaldhaus, built in 1848, is a well-known landmark in Geuser and has even made it onto postcards. We have preserved the character of the house, modernized it, insulated it to the latest standards using wood fibres and equipped it with photovoltaics, a heat pump and underfloor heating. There is a wood-burning stove in each apartment. Enjoy the Franconian Forest in a historic building, modernized with the latest technology! We look forward to your visit!
