Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett, einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche und ein Wohn/Esszimmer in dem ggf. zwei weitere einzelne Betten mit guten Matratzen aufgestellt werden können. Darüber hinaus gibt es zwei Balkone sowie eine Terrasse. Der am Haus anliegende Garten darf auch genutzt werden.

Description
The gracefully shaped country house in the style of the 1930s is located in the middle of a garden with old trees and perennial plants. The country house exudes a very special charm, especially because stylistic elements have been preserved. This includes the authentic tiled stove as well as the vaulted ceiling and slug panes in the bay window of the living room. In addition, the lattice windows, the real wood floorboards and the Solnhofen tiles spread the most pleasant living atmosphere. Of particular note are the balconies with a charming view of the mountains.

Tagesbetrag pro Person beträgt 1,00 EUR. Angefangene Tage gelten als volle Tage. Die Tage der An- und Abreise werden als ein Aufenthaltstag berechnet. Kinder und Jugendliche bis zum vollendeten 16. Lebensjahr sind kurbeitragsfrei.

Das Haus befindet liegt im bayerischen Voralpenland ungefähr 70 km südöstlich der Landeshauptstadt München zwischen Rosenheim und Kufstein. Wenn Sie aus der Münchner Richtung kommen, dann nehmen Sie bitte die Ausfahrt "Brannenburg" auf der A93 und folgen den Schildern Richtung Flintsbach. Das Haus befindet sich ca. 5km nach der Autobahnabfahrt auf der linken Straßenseite. Wenn Sie aus Österreich kommen, dann nehmen Sie bitte die Ausfahrt "Oberaudorf" auf der A93 und folgen den Schildern Richtung Flintsbach.
