Kitchen with seating and dining area, stove-oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and toaster. Direct access to the private terrace, with table, chairs, sunbeds and parasol. Large bedroom with double bed 180 x 200cm and single bed 100 x 200cm. Bathroom with bath/shower, WC, hairdryer and washing machine. Free Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house. An ironing board and iron are also available free of charge. Non-smoking flat. The prices include: Bed linen, towels and final cleaning. For short stays of 2-3 nights, EUR 50,- will be charged as a surcharge.

Our cosy holiday flat in Flintsbach with 85sqm, up to 4-persons is located on the 1st floor, with private terrace and mountain view to the Petersberg. The flat offers ski storage. Flintsbach is the ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, mountain biking and motorbike tours. In summer, the public outdoor swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. In winter, too, the numerous skiing areas are within easy reach. Further event and excursion programmes can be found on the website of the municipality of Flintsbach. Distances: Nearest bus stop 0.10 km, train station 0.35 km, outdoor pool 0.50 km, village centre 0.50 km.
Environment description
Hiking, skiing and cycling are possible in the surrounding area. For motorcyclists, the Inn Valley and nearby Austria are perfect for beautiful day trips.

20% must be paid in advance at the time of booking. The remaining amount is to be paid 14 days before arrival. The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 1.00 per person/night from 17 years of age. Children from 0-16 years EUR 0,00. A supplement of EUR 50 is charged for bookings of 2-3 nights. The holiday flat has direct access to its own terrace, with table, chairs, loungers and parasol.
Arrival Description
Coming from the A93, take the Brannenburg exit, start on Nußdorferstr. heading west, turn left onto Nußdorferstr. heading towards Flintsbach, continue onto Kirchplatz and Kirchstr. turn left onto Kufsteiner Str. after 260 m turn right into Maiwandstr.
