The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms (24 sqm/23 sqm/16 sqm), each with a double bed. The largest room has a bathroom en suite with whirlpool and private access to the sauna. The other rooms have a shower bath. In the medium-sized room, a south-facing balcony with a fantastic mountain view invites you to relax and unwind. The very spacious kitchen-cum-living-room is well equipped (dishwasher, coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, kettle) and offers enough space for cooking and eating together. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed, which provides additional sleeping space for 2 people, as well as a TV with SAT TV. Description
The holiday flat with upscale furnishings and separate entrance extends over 130 sqm and is located on the upper floor of an approx. 500-year-old farmhouse in an idyllic secluded location (Einödhof) in the municipality of Flintsbach, Fischbach district. Two cots (for an extra charge), a playpen and a high chair are available for our very small guests. And so that they don't get bored, we have also set up a small play corner. On request, two of the three bedrooms can accommodate extra beds for one person each. Thus, a maximum of 10 people could be accommodated. On our farm, surrounded by orchards, there are dogs, cats, chickens and horses. Pets are welcome by arrangement (extra charge). Dogs must be kept on a leash on the farm. For cyclists and motorcyclists, a shelter can be provided by arrangement.

About the host
Wir, das sind Pia und Tobias Herrmann, leben seit 2017 auf dem Riederhof, der seit Generationen in Pia's Familie weitergegeben wurde. Der Hof wurde 2016/2017 aufwendig renoviert und auch landwirtschaftlich zu neuem Leben erweckt. Wir sind beide berufstätig, betreiben eine Landwirtschaft im Nebenerwerb und vermieten seit 2018 die Ferienwohnung Riederhof. Unser Bestreben ist es, dass sich unsere Gäste hier wie zuhause fühlen und sie die Idylle der Natur in unserer wunderschönen Gegend genießen können.
