The "Am Patenberg" vacation apartment is located on the edge of the forest in a quiet residential area close to the Sauerland cycling trail and a large network of hiking trails. The famous bat tunnel is within walking distance. The apartment on the top floor (90 square meters) with a large, covered south-facing balcony, has a large living/dining room with LED satellite TV, DVD player and W-LAN, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, bathroom / shower / WC with double sink and hairdryer, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds. A travel cot and a high chair are available. There is a playground diagonally opposite. Some DVDs can be borrowed free of charge from the landlord. You will also find some games and books in the apartment. Fitters and companies should only book by prior arrangement by telephone.Conditions/extras
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
