The bright and friendly holiday flat is located on the 1st floor. The outside staircase on the north side leads to the separate entrance door. The flat is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The small kitchen in the entrance area leaves nothing to be desired. Directly adjacent is the modern bathroom with window. On the balcony you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the magnificent view of the mountain range. You can use the W-Lan free of charge in the entire accommodation.

Description

The charming 1 room apartment ( built 2022) is located in a quiet location near the nature park. The village center with shopping and dining options can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The swimming pool and the Kneipp facility are also just around the corner. Hiking and biking tours can be started directly from the house. You can also easily reach the surrounding destinations by car.

Environment description

The apartment is located in the center of Bad Feilnbach. Cities like Munich, Salzburg or Innsbruck can be reached within 1 hour by car. Ideal starting point for excursions to the Tegernsee, Chiemsee or Rosenheim. We are happy to help you with excursion tips.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 1.70 per person/night for adults. Children from 14 to 17 years: 1,20 EUR. Children from 0 to 13 years: 0,00 EUR. For a stay of one night, half of the respective spa tax is due.

Arrival Description

Motorway A 8, Munich - Salzburg, exit Bad Aibling/Bad Feilnbach, turn right in the direction of Bad Feilnbach, to the town centre, past the church to the Sparkasse (on the left), opposite turn right into the street "Am Osterbach". Then take the second side street "Sonnenstraße". The holiday flat is in the 2nd house on the left-hand side.
