Unsere Ferienwohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt und verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und Bad. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt und bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als 8 Tagen gewechselt. Das mitbringen von Haustieren ist nicht möglich. Wlan, Stellplatz und eine absperrbare Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Description

Our ground-level holiday flat (approx. 70 sqm), completed in 2018, is located in the district of Lippertskirchen, approx. 1.5 km from the centre of Bad Feilnbach with shopping facilities and cafés. The district Au with further shopping facilities is approx. 1.5 km away. In front of the house you have the possibility to use the bus connection to Bad Feilnbach and Bad Aibling. You can choose between various leisure activities. During the summer months, two outdoor swimming pools are available in the community area. You can go on hikes and cycling tours. The holiday flat is located directly on the Jakobsweg stage 17, as well as on the Bodensee-Königssee cycle path next to the pilgrimage church Maria Morgenstern. Our holiday flat is a non-smoking flat and has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed for stays of more than 8 days. It is not possible to bring pets. Wifi, parking space and a lockable storage facility for bicycles are available free of charge.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 1.20 per person/night for adults. Children from 14 to 17 years: 0,80 EUR. Children from 0 to 13 years: 0,00 EUR. For a stay of one night, half of the respective spa tax is due.

Arrival Description

Motorway A8 / Exit Bad Aibling. Leave the motorway from Salzburg or Munich at the Bad Aibling - Bad Feilnbach exit. Turn right in the direction of Bad Feilnbach, continue straight ahead for approx. 5 km on the ST 2089, then turn right in the direction of Bad Feilnbach, continue here to the roundabout, leave the roundabout at the first exit (right) in the direction of Lippertskirchen, after approx. 1 km turn left to the holiday flat directly in front of the Maria Morgenstern church.
