Plaza Inn Hannover City Nord - Conveniently located in the middle of beautiful Hannover

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the city in the Vahrenwald district and can be reached quickly and easily by public transport (7 minutes to the main railway station, 15 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the exhibition centre) and by car. The hotel's own parking lot is located behind the hotel building.
The reception is open from 06:00 to 22:00.
The Plaza Inn Hannover City Nord has 45 rooms. Guests can choose between standard and comfort rooms, an apartment, a junior suite or two superior double rooms. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom with shower or bathtub, WC, box spring bed, desk with seating and flat-screen TV with cable connection. All rooms were newly renovated in 2020 and are strictly non-smoking rooms.
Free WLAN is available in the entire building.
An elevator connects the first to third floor of the hotel, the fourth floor can only be reached via the staircase. Pets are not allowed, except for assistance and companion animals.
From 6.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. (during the week) and until 11 a.m. (on weekends and holidays) a rich breakfast is offered.
For the small appetite there is a snack and drink vending machine in the basement.
The Plaza Inn Hannover City Nord in Hannover accepts American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Maestro/EC as well as cash payment.

Die Mitarbeitenden vor Ort waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn es keine veganen Optionen gab, besorgte jemand Hafermilch für den nächsten Morgen.

(-) What did you not like?

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, Verdunklungsrollos ohne Effekt, Fernseher funktioniert nicht wirklich, Dusche liess sich nur eine Tür öffnen. ich war vier Nächte vor Ort, in der Zeit wurden weder Mülleimer geleert noch Toilettenpapier nachgelegt. Obwohl es ein Nichtraucherhotel war, stank im ersten Stock alles nach Rauch...Die Tatsache, dass ich 300 (!!!) Euro mehr bezahlt habe als eine Bekannte, die drei Zimmer weiter wohnte.

Wir haben zum Glück noch eine Unterkunft bekommen am Wochenende des Kirchentages. Wir hatten bei Booking.com eine Ferienwohnung gebucht die sich als Katastrophe entpuppte und mussten kurzfristig umbuchen. Der Preis für das Hotel weil allerdings sehr überzogen. Ansonsten war das Hotel okay und man bemühte sich unseren Wünschen zu entsprechen zum Beispiel nach einem Ventilator

Es war aufgrund des Wetters sehr warm in unserem Zimmer da es keine Klimaanlage gab. Aufgrund unseres Zimmers im ersten Stock an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße mit sehr starken Straßenbahnverkehr war das Öffnen des Fensters kaum möglich. Der Preis war überhöht

Sehr geräumiges komfortables Zimmer, das war klasse. Am Empfang war am Fr 7.3.25 ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter ! Gab uns sehr gute Tipps. Großes Lob und Dank! Alle anderen Mitarbeiter auch sehr freundlich.

Leider lag unser Zimmer an der viel-befahrenen Straße und es war zum Schlafen etwas laut. Da alles andere passte, kommen wir wieder.

Gut zu erreichen und Größe des Zimmers. Frühstück war in Ordnung

(-) What did you not like?

Neben Defekten Steckdosen und nicht gereinigten Flächen um die Nachttische störte vor allem der muffige Geruch der letzten 5 Jahre. Trotz Rauchverbot roch es nach kaltem Rauch anderer Gäste. Eine Klopapierhalterung war ebenso wenig vorhanden wie ein Handtuchhalter in der Nähe des Waschbeckens. Die defekte Duschkopfhalterung rundete das Erlebnis ab.
