Absolute Empfehlung!! Ein Hotel bei dem man merkt, dass Wert auf Gastzufriedenheit gelegt wird. Ich habe bei der HMTG für den 02.09.23 eine geschäftliche Gruppenübernachtung gebucht und bin von Minute 1 an begeistert gewesen, vom Service vor der Anreise, bis zum Frühstück am darauffolgenden Tag war alles perfekt. Wir konnten unser Gepäck in einen Tagungsraum stellen, ein gutes Gefühl, Danke! Tolle Zimmer, schönes und modernes Bad mit Regedusche, alles super sauber. Richtig schöne und etwas individuelle Bettwäsche (nicht nur klinisch weiß) und bequeme Matratze. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die Nachtlichter, wie oft ist man erst einmal orientierungslos, wenn man nachts wach wird. Mein Zimmer hatte Blick ins ruhige grüne Umfeld, es war genau richtig für mich lärmgestresste Großstädterin. Das Frühstück lässt keinen Wunsch offen, einfach perfekt!!! Danke an das gesamte Team vom Design Hotel Wienecke XI.

Bar, ein Designhotel ohne anständige Bar in der man sich abends noch einmal zusammen setzen kann, freundlich bedient wird und keine FetigmixDrinks, die "aufgetaut wurden bekommt fände ich ansprechender. Eine kleine, feine Karte würde völlig ausreichen.

Das von mir gebuchte Zimmer war nicht im Congress-Hotel (direkt vor Ort). Ich habe bei der Buchung unbedingt daraufhin gewiesen - wurde dennoch in das benachbarte Hotel ausquartiert. Nachdem ich "gemeckert" habe wurde eine andere Kollegin aus dem Hotel in das benachbarte Hotel ausquartiert der es egal war und ich durfte im Congress-Hotel schlafen. Der Herr an der Rezeption reagierte auf meine Beschwerde sehr unfreundlich-war sichtlich überfordert. Soetwas sollte eigentlich bei einer Buchung nicht vorkommen. Wir sind alle Menschen und machen Fehler- wichtig ist nur, wie wir damit umgehen.

Der Rezeptionsbereich und das Zimmer machen einen freundlichen und sehr sauberen Eindruck. Das Bad ist in gutem Zustand, das ist mir persönlich immer sehr wichtig. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption und die Servicekräfte im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Man findet den Rezeptionsbereich nur auf Umwegen. Ich habe zunächst in der Gaststätte gefragt und musste dann auf einem relativ langen Weg die Rezeption suchen. Als ich nachher im Restaurant aß, kamen noch weitere Gäste an, die auch die Rezeption suchten. Das blaue Licht im Hotelzimmer finde ich zu futuristisch und ungemütlich. Aber das ist ja Geschmackssache.

Schönes sauberes Zimmer ! Nur ein zwei kleine Mängel ( Abdeckungen die Lose hingen ) freundliches Personal , sehr zu empfehlen ! In 2 Jahren kommen wir gerne wieder !

sehr nettes Personal im Restaurantbereich und zwar alle; Parken im Parkhaus sehr gut, die Rezeption hat noch ein bißchen Luft nach oben in der Freundlichkeit/Aufmerksamkeit im Vergleich mit dem supernetten Restaurantteam

Es war laut! Es war heiß nachts trotz geöffneter Fenster! Das Bad hatte defekte Fliesen und die Matratzen Kommentar: durchgelegen und weich und schrecklich über ihrem Nutzungszenit hinaus! Minimalistisches Catering aber ok!

sehr unfreundliches Personal am Empfangstresen. Es machte stark den Eindruck, dass man ein billiges Zimmer heraussuchte. wir wurden gebeten, auf den Sofas Platz zu nehmen und dann diskutierte das Personal, welches Zimmer sie uns geben würden! Es handelte sich um ein kleines Einzelzimmer, in welches man ein einfaches Bett zugestellt hatte. Positiv fiel nur die Bettwäsche (sauber/gebügelt) auf. Insgesamt keine gute Werbung für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel! angebote sollten doch dazu dienen, ein Hotel kennen zu lernen und evtl noch einmal zu buchen! Kommentar des Hotels: Lieber Gast, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir bedauern es, dass das Zimmer nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach. Bitte erlauben Sie uns aber den Hinweis, dass das von Ihnen gebuchte und von uns zur Verfügung gestellte „Zweibettzimmer Business“ durch Fotos und Text eindeutig so auf der Buchungsplattform beschrieben ist. Aufgrund der kurzen Zeitspanne zwischen Buchung und Anreise war die Reservierung leider noch nicht in unserem System eingegeben. Unser Haus war ausgebucht und die vorbereiteten „Zweibettzimmer Business“ bereits zugeteilt. Unsere Mitarbeiter waren gemeinschaftlich bemüht die Zimmerzuteilungen zu ändern, um Ihnen zügig den Bezug Ihres Zimmers zu ermöglichen. Dass dabei der Eindruck entstand, unser Personal am Empfangstresen wäre unfreundlich, bitten wir zum einen zu entschuldigen und möchten darüber hinaus klarstellen, dass man Ihnen nicht extra „ein billiges Zimmer heraussuchte“!
