Das Hotel ist offensichtlich in die Jahre gekommen - Bodenbelag in den Fluren schmutzig & abgewetzt, Fugen in den Bädern schmutzig/gealtert Internet-PC außer Funktion - kann vom Personal nicht gestartet werden

Bei Rückfragen zum Frühstpcksbuffet konnte das Personal meine Frage klären

Lüfter der Klimaanlage vor dem Fernseher war laut, mehrere Fliesen im Bad und das Waschbecken hatten Risse; an der Bettkante, die an der Wand stand, konnte man shen, dass nur bis ca. 5mm darüber violett gestrichen wurde, darunter war es weiß; einen Tag stand ein Zustellbett den ganzen Tag im Flur; generell ist die Einrichtung stark in die Jahre gekommen.

Insgesamt hat es mir sehr gut gefallen, besonders die gastronomische Beratung beim Abendessen. Auch beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die jungen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und Hilfsbereit

Nur kleine Sachen. Ich hätte mir die Erklärung auch in Papierform gewünscht, damit man nicht immer den Fernseher anmachen muss. Auch wären - für die Hörbehinderten unter uns - mehr Informationen über den Wellness- und Fitnessbereich in Prospektform hilfreich gewesen. Als angehende Seniorin habe ich mich ein bisschen gefragt, ob ich noch fancy bin, aber das steht auf einem anderen Blatt

Sehr freundlich und ein nettes Wochenende verbracht.

(-) What did you not like?

Bilder zeigen nur die modernisierten Zimmer. Balkon war gleichzeitig Terasse für alle Raucher, somit mußten wir die Vorgänge für Privatsphäre zuziehen. Das Frühstück wurde in Etappen in 30-60 Minuten Zeiten eingeteilt weil zu wenig Platz ist, bei einem Preis von 17€ sollte man das Frühstück solange nutzen dürfen wie man mag.
