The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet apartment building, is modern, bright and friendly furnished and has a living area of 65m².The bedroom is equipped with a king-size double bed (2mx2m). In the living room there is also a comfortable sofa bed (bed size 140x200), a 55-inch smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. / own access data required), a desk and of course a cozy dining table, which can comfortably seat 4 people. The apartment has a spacious, bright daylight bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy yourself, including a 4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and much more. The apartment has a high speed internet connection as well as WLAN. From the covered balcony you can enjoy the view of the forest edge. A table and chairs invite you to linger. With luck you can catch a glimpse of the grazing deer, which from time to time stop by in the clearing.To the apartment belongs an underground parking space. Furthermore, you can park on the outdoor parking spaces belonging to the house directly in front of the house.

The prices quoted do not include a tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night. For families, the first and second person each pay €2.00 per day and €1.00 for the third person. No visitor's tax is charged for each additional family member. Children from 7 - 16 years are also charged € 1.00, children from 0-6 years are free of charge. A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is due within 10 days of booking. Please contact your host after booking.

By train (Meridian)From Munich (Hauptbahnhof or Ostbahnhof) via Rosenheim to Bad Endorf.From Salzburg to Bad Endorf.On foot from the train station / village center to the apartment:From the station square to the southeast (if you come out of the train station, turn right) The station square turns into Chiemseestraße, follow this for about 200 meters. Head towards Lidl and Edeka (commercial unit "Wiebelpark"). Turn left onto the Lidl and Edeka parking lot, cross the parking lot and exit to the right of the Edeka. Now turn left onto Hofhammerstraße and follow it for about 150 meters. Turn right onto the street "Am Mühlberg". Follow the sign to the "Fitness Alm". "Am Mühlberg" (it goes "up the hill" a bit) past the "Fitness Alm" until you reach house number 31 (second to last house on the right side before the edge of the forest). Distance from the train station to the apartment: 750 meters (about 10 minutes).
