This is kept in the country house style and leaves nothing to be desired with its oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with three-star freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, as well as plenty of crockery for cooking and eating. The dishwasher does the dishes. A cosy corner bench with table, as well as a CD radio for the good morning mood, may not be missing, of course. From the kitchen you can enter the large balcony. This is really a highlight, as it offers several possibilities for eating, but also for reading and lying down. Continue into the huge living room, which also has access to the balcony. Bavarian cosiness also awaits you here. A seating area with a large TV and a great dining area in a bay window are spread over approx. 40 m2. Here we provide you with two cupboard beds, the first sleeping possibilities. The next room is also spacious - the bedroom - with a double bed and an additional sofa bed. You enter the flat and immediately find yourself in the living area, with a typical Bavarian "Kanapee", which is extendable and thus offers two additional sleeping places. The corner bench with dining table is also typically Bavarian! Here you will also find a large flat-screen TV with Blueray player. A large skylight lets in lots of light and sun, especially because it faces east. Here you also have access to the extra-wide balcony (north), which is covered and has a balcony table with chairs ready for a snack. From the living room there is a small kitchenette with an additional skylight, which has a cooker, sink, fridge (with freezer compartment) and plenty of crockery, as well as everything you need to prepare your meals. A CD radio keeps you in a good mood in the morning. Continue through the hallway. The shower room and the separate WC leave from here. Finally, you enter the bedroom. Here, as in the whole flat, a bright, modern floor in wood decor has recently been laid. The bedroom has a large comfortable built-in wardrobe, the comfortable double bed is under the sloping roof. Directly above, a large skylight offers a view of the stars. The window can also be darkened with a blind to protect it from the sun. Our flat "Kampenwand" is probably our most rustic. It is located on the second floor under the roof. Nevertheless, it is very airy. You enter the flat via a long narrow hallway. A shower room, the separate toilet and the bedroom lead off from it. The bedroom is very spacious and offers you a good double bed in Bavarian, modern country house style and a very comfortable built-in wardrobe. At night you can snuggle up under the protective roof and enjoy the silence. You can darken the skylight with a blind. Continue into the now opening living room, with transition into the kitchen. The exposed roof truss with the wooden beams opens the room upwards and then directs your gaze to the double doors to the beautiful wide south-facing balcony. Here you have a view of the garden and, if the view is good, of the Alpine chain. A cosy sitting area, dining area and TV complete this beautiful room. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker and oven, fridge, microwave and all the crockery you need for cooking and dining. The floor has just been finished with a beautiful covering in light, modern wood decor. This flat is recommended for guests who would like to retreat for a while to get away from the noise of everyday life.
