Our new holiday flat "Bergblick" has just been completed. This extraordinary attic flat was designed with natural materials and a lot of attention to detail. All woods used for floors, doors and furniture are natural and come from local forests. The walls were plastered with natural lime and, with the integrated wall heaters, offer a very pleasant indoor climate. The open gallery creates a light, airy and yet cosy atmosphere that will immediately delight you. A modern, open-plan fitted kitchen offers every comfort you could wish for. Dishwasher, oven and hob are of course integrated and the extensive kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything has been lovingly coordinated. This also applies to the large dining area. A staircase with a handmade balustrade leads up to the gallery, where you can relax. A large sofa and various seating areas invite you to sit, watch TV or listen to music. A large panoramic window offers a great mountain view. Three separate bedrooms offer retreats and a restful sleep. The bathroom is also inspired by the rustic, elegant furnishings. A washstand made of oak, a bathtub, as well as the separate shower and toilet, but also pretty details such as the iron sconces offer absolute feel-good character. Towels, hairdryer and radio are also available to perfect the bathing experience. A south-facing balcony rounds off this extraordinarily individual flat.

Description
We, the Unterhauser family, run our farm in beautiful Eggstätt, in the small hamlet of Zell. Zell is not big and a bit outside of Eggstätt, but we have a beautiful location on a ridge with a wide view of fields, meadows and forests, as well as the foothills of the Alps. The nearest bathing lake of the Eggstätter Seenplatte is the Langbürgner See, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Lake Chiemsee and Breitbrunn are also not far away. And just a little way down the slope, you meet the cycle path to Eggstätt. There, directly at the entrance to the village (approx. 2.5 km), you will find a supermarket with a bakery. And then you are already in Eggstätt itself. There is a lot of green around our farm and of course there is little to no traffic, which is of course very nice for children. For cycling, we can provide you with two bicycles (adults) free of charge. Families are especially welcome!

Arrival Description
If you are travelling by car via the A8 Munich / direction Salzburg: Motorway exit Bernau/Prien am Chiemsee. Continue in the direction of Prien, then drive to Rimsting until you reach the roundabout, turn off here in the direction of Eggstätt and follow the signs. After passing through the hamlet of Stetten and along some lakes, after approx. 3 km driving in the direction of Eggstätt, there is a bus stop (modern, on the left), on the right is the access road to Zell. Please pay attention here, the sign can be easily overlooked. The road turns left immediately after the ponds. Our farm is the second.
