The hayloft is our largest flat in terms of area, at 142 square metres. And it too is impressive not only because of the space it offers, but also because of its individual layout. It is completely in the attic, but anyone who thinks of dark rooms or oppressive confinement is very much mistaken. Even the high, airy hallway impresses with its size and refined incidence of daylight. A very nice bedroom is "en suite" and thus has its own bathroom with a tub that allows a direct view of the sky, as well as a ground-level shower with a bench, washbasin and toilet. The living room, which opens up to the ceiling beam, will leave you in awe, as a glass canopy has been inserted into the roof above it. In this airy, bright room, people eat, chat, cook and snuggle up in front of the wood-burning stove. The highlight here is the sauna, which is built into the living room. A master bedroom with a further view of the sky and a huge children's bedroom with an extra-large bed (which would also be suitable for 2 adults) and a play den complete the dream living area. A separate WC and another bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin - no one needs to take a number here. The Heukammer flat is an architectural and family luxury dream.

Our granary is the second individual gallery flat. It offers a family with two children super space and the highest comfort with a lot of "cosy feeling". It is also super nice for a couple in love or as romantic wedding accommodation. The shower room with extra large shower, washbasin and WC will delight Alpine fans - let them surprise you. The children's bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, but would also be suitable for tall people. Continue into the living area with sofa and TV to the open dining and kitchen area. A wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth. From the hallway you go up to the upper floor. Here, a great sauna is built in and another beautifully designed shower room. Then a bedroom to dream in awaits you. A room with skylights, a large double bed with a view of the stars and a free-standing bathtub - an all-round delight for romantics.

The herb chamber is our "convertible" flat. With three bedrooms, an occupancy of up to 5 adults is possible. And since it also has 2 bathrooms, there will probably be no congestion to worry about. The herb room is also a very individually cut flat with an open gallery. Downstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds, a separate toilet, and next to it a large bathroom with a bathtub and washbasin. Here, too, living, cooking and eating merge into one room, which also has a wood-burning stove. Lots of light and warmth characterise this flat, and you can reach the other rooms via the stairs of the gallery. Another (children's) bedroom with a single bed can be found under the airy roof beams, as well as another separate bedroom with a double bed. The adjoining bathroom with large ground-level shower and double washbasin and another WC offers pure bathing fun, because it has a sauna as an extra. Thus, the herb chamber is a real space miracle for a large family.

The Rahmkammer is our ground floor holiday flat. It is ideal for two adults and two children, because there is a great bunk bed in the children's bedroom (also suitable for adults), so that there is still room to play. The parents also have a cosy bedroom with a double bed. In the bathroom, a large, ground-level shower has been installed next to the toilet and double washbasin. Next door there is another separate toilet. Cooking, eating and living are accommodated in the large living area and a small outdoor seating area completes the flat.

The straw chamber extends over two floors. From the hallway you enter the large living/kitchen and dining area with a wood-burning stove and an enchanting balcony. Next door there is a lovely children's room with space for a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed. On this floor they have a bathroom with tub and a separate WC with dressing area. In the living room you climb the stairs to the gallery with its own sauna. The adjoining bedroom provides access to the second bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate WC.
