The holiday flat "König Ludwig" is ideal for two (maximum three persons). You enter the nice flat, which is on the ground floor, via its own outside entrance. A sleeping area with a wardrobe and rustic double bed, offers cosy character. There is also a seating area - a typical Bavarian canapé. An extra bed can be provided for a short-term guest. From there you can comfortably watch TV. A round dining table with chairs offers further space for meals, which can be prepared in the small kitchenette. Refrigerator, cooker, sink and the corresponding dishes are available. The bathroom inside has enough space. Here, too, you can take a shower in the bathtub. Hairdryer and towels are provided. Directly in front of the entrance door, this flat has its own small terrace which, thanks to its southern exposure, enjoys the sun for a long time during the day. We also provide you with bed linen in this flat. We also allow a dog in this flat. Please let us know in advance!

The Fraueninsel holiday flat is located on the first floor of our Chiemgau farmhouse. You enter via a small hallway. Then you will find the typical Bavarian eat-in kitchen. A small kitchenette with sink, stove/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator is ready for your meals. Crockery, pots, glasses and cutlery are available. Two sofas and a coffee table, as well as a cosy wing chair invite you to relax and of course there is also a TV. The cosy rustic corner bench offers your family enough space for meals or for chatting or playing games. From the hallway you enter a small children's room with a south-facing window, where a single bed, a bunk bed and a wardrobe have found their place. From this room you go into a second bedroom, which is somewhat larger and has a double bed. Here, too, the window faces south. The bathroom is reached from the second bedroom. It even has a bathtub, which is also suitable for showering. The flat is adapted to the structural conditions of the old farmhouse, hence the unusual sequence of rooms, but it certainly has its rural charm. We have bed linen and towels ready for you, as well as an extra bed.

The Hartsee holiday flat is located, together with the Fraueninsel holiday flat, on the first floor of our beautiful old farmhouse. You enter this flat via its own small hallway with wardrobe. In the Bavarian kitchen-living room, a very individual country house kitchen with cooker, sink, refrigerator and a chic work counter awaits you. Crockery, pots and pans and other cooking utensils are available for 4 people. Here we have created a n access to the newly built balcony. The windows face north and east and have a view of the mountains and meadows of Oberndorf. A beautiful wood-burning stove ensures cosiness in the living area. And so that you can also enjoy the best spot by the stove, a cosy stove bench has also been built in. Armchairs, a radio/CD player and of course a TV provide entertainment. You can eat at the large dining table with the typical Bavarian corner bench. From the hallway you enter a small bathroom with a window. This bathroom is functionally equipped with a bathtub, with shower partition, washstand and WC. The two bedrooms are arranged in a row from the hallway. The first room is a cosy single room with a "wardrobe" and space for a cot or extra bed. The bedroom behind has a double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided for you.

The flat "Kampenwand" is probably our "rustic" one. It is located on the second floor and has sloping ceilings, and its charming cut is very appealing. You enter the flat and immediately find yourself in the bright and friendly eat-in kitchen. A modern kitchenette, which matches the colour of the furniture, offers good kitchen comfort, with refrigerator, sink, stove/oven and brand new: a dishwasher, as well as the corresponding cooking equipment, such as dishes, pots, toaster, coffee maker and cutlery. At the beautiful country house table you can have your meals or chat. In the small living room cupboard you will find the TV and a CD player. On a slightly raised platform, directly at the door to the farmhouse balcony, there are two small cosy sofas. A bright bedroom with a modern double bed and two bedside lockers, as well as a large wardrobe, offers ample space. A skylight directly above the bed (blackout blind) gives you a view of the stars. The small bathroom, also with a skylight, also leads off from the living room and has a bathtub, which also has a shower partition, as well as a washbasin and WC. The second bedroom also has its own wardrobe and a skylight that can be darkened. The single bed can be pulled out to create an additional sleeping area. The Kampenwand flat is also equipped with the necessary bed linen and towels.
