Description

Our very spacious holiday apartment (approx. 80 square metres) is just 3 km from the centre of Bad Goisern.
It consists of a fully-equipped kitchen/living room, one double room, a triple-bedded room, entrance hall and separate bathroom and WC. There is a satellite television (high definition) and a furnished balcony. Table and bed linen, hand and bath towels and electricity are all included in the price. The kitchen/living room has a corner dining area as well as a cosy relaxation area. Own safe.
Private car parking is available by the guest house and is free of charge. For visitors with babies and young children there is a cot, high chair, changing mat and baby bath. There are restaurants and shops 1 – 3 km from the apartment, and Lake Hallstatt is just 1.5 km away. Our beautiful region is included on the exclusive list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and is much-loved by visitors from all over the world.

Arrival and departure
- Arrival: from 03.00 p.m.
- Departure: by 10.00 a.m.

Cancellation
- No cancellation fees up to 3 months in advance of arrival date
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival date: 40% of total price
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival date: 70% of total price
- 90% to be paid with less than 1 weeks' notice of cancellation
- 100% of the total price to be paid upon cancellation after 6:00 p.m. on the planned day of arrival

Payment
- A deposit of 30% is payable upon confirmation of booking
- The rest 4 weeks before arrival
