Spend relaxing holidays and enjoy your time out in a homely atmosphere. 
Our little house, which has been lovingly furnished down to the last detail, invites you to do so, 
on the upper floor you will find a spacious living and dining area, with a cozy sitting area (sofa bed) with TV 
and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) with a large dining table. 
In summer you can grill on the terrace or have breakfast on the balcony with a wonderful view and plan your next excursions. 
In the basement there are two separate bedrooms with a double bed or with a bunk bed and sofa bed. 
A cot can be placed. The comfortable bathroom offers you a large shower, two sinks, towel dryer and toilet. 
There is a separate toilet separately. All rooms have underfloor heating.

Wir begrüßen Sie in unserem Gästehaus unweit der Dresdner City und dennoch fernab vom Trubel und Hektik der Großstadt. Verbringen Sie entspannte Tage in unserem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhäuschen mit herrlichem Blick vom großen Balkon auf die Radebeuler Weinberge.

Im Ort stehen Ihnen ein schönes Freibad, beschilderte Wanderwege oder Spielplätze zur Verfügung.

Sie haben vom Ferienhaus eine sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV oder den Elberadweg für Ausflüge zu interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten.

In Cossebaude befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gastronomische Einrichtungen, Ärzte, Apotheken und Geldautomaten.

Wirklich sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit TOP-Ausstattung. Zudem sehr sauber und im Haus ist alles, was man braucht! Liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet! Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon aus. Waren begeistert und werden wiederkommen! Sehr nette Vermieterin :-)

In der Unterkunft fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Es ist sehr gemütlich. Alles ist ordentlich und sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Sie waren immer für uns erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Which positive impressions did you get?

Das sehr schöne 2-stöckige Ferienhaus in Halbhöhenlage mit Balkon, Terrasse und schöner Fernsicht entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen (gemäß Internet-Buchung) und wir fühlten uns in den leider nur 4 Tagen Anwesenheit sehr wohl, auch unsere beiden Enkelkinder (17 und 14) fanden die Unterkunft "super". Die nähere und weitere Umgebung (Dresden-Innenstadt, Karl-Mai-Museum Radebeul, Schloß Moritzburg, Meißen, Sächs. Schweiz mit Bastei sowie Leipzig (über die nur einige km entfernte Autobahn) waren per Pkw gut erreichbar, der kostenlos und sicher am Ferienhaus geparkt werden konnte (Anliegerstraße).

Wir (2 Erw.1Kind) haben eine Woche in der FEWO in Cossebaude verbracht. Es ist eine tolles kleines Haus mit einer guten Aufteilung. Unten sind die Schlafzimmer und oben sind Küche und Wohnzimmer. Das hat den Vorteil, dass die Schlafzimmer im Sommer relativ kühl bleiben. Die Ausstattung kann getrost als komplett gelten. Uns hat jedenfalls nichts gefehlt. Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Dresden im Ortsteil Cossebaude ruhig und idyllisch an einem Berghang. Mit dem Bus oder Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in Dresden.

Der Fernsehempfang ist bei Regen und Wind sehr problematisch bzw. nicht vorhanden. Dies liegt vermutlich an der dichten Bebauung mit Bäumen. Aber es ist WiFi vorhanden und man kann aber entsprechend ausweichen.

Ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes (das gilt insbesondere für die Küche) Häuschen, in dem man ganz für sich ist. Trotzdem wohnen die sehr freundlichen Vermieter, an die man sich mit Fragen wenden kann, gleich nebenan. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick. Das Haus liegt zwar am Rande von Dresden; dennoch ist die Innenstadt gut zu erreichen, auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Zeiten des Berufsverkehrs sollte man mit dem Auto jedoch eher meiden. Ebenfalls ist die Nähe zu Meißen hervorzuheben. Dafür bietet die Wohnlage am westlichen Stadtrand sogar den Vorteil, sich die Durchfahrt durch Dresden ersparen zu können. Die Endreinigung oder sonstige Nebenkosten - auch das ist positiv zu vermerken - werden nicht extra in Rechnung gestellt, sondern sind im Preis enthalten. Außerdem entfallen Parkgebühren, da das Fahrzeug unentgeltlich an der Straße in Sichtweite abgestellt werden kann.

Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern und super Aussicht. Alles sehr gepflegt und neuwertig, fast wie zu Hause. Auch die Kinder habe sich sehr wohl gefühlt, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. In wenigen Autominuten ist man in Dresden, wer nicht in die Rush houer geraten möchte kann auch ganz bequem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren. KleinerTip: zur Weihnachtszeit lieber mal das Auto stehen lassen sonst verbringt man schon mal viel Zeit im Auto und auf der suche nach einem Parkplatz. In Cossebaude selber findet man alles was man braucht. Im Haus selber liegen viele Prospekte aus, aus denen man sich reichlich Inspirationen für die Urlaubsgestalltung holen kann.
