Which positive impressions did you get?

Anstelle eines gebuchten Doppelzimmers wurden wir in einer Suite untergebrcht, und obwohl Baumassnahmen in Hotelnähe angekündigt waren haben wir absolut keine Benachteiligungen verspürt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen am Service des Hotels waren superfreundlich und aufmerksam, wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl.Leider war unser Aufenthalt nur 2 Tage in Dresden. Wir werden gern wiederkommen und in diesem Hotel buchen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Spitze - !

Es funktionierte alles so wie abgesprochen.

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Für 5 Sterne fehlte dann doch die letzte Schippe an manchen Ecken und Enden, die letzte Konsequenz und Detailverliebtheit. Der Lärm durch die Baustelle war in unserem Zimmer schon im Moment enorm. Dafür war der Preis trotz Angebot dann schon hoch.

Das Personal war sehr höflich und freundlich, vom Empfang bis zum Zimmerservice

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Die Zimmerbar wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück stimmte ganz und gar nicht.
