Anno 1719 - with us you will not only get to know the life of the people in the baroque era, you will become part of it! With Augmented- and Virtual Reality technology you will sink into the almost perfect illusion of "Elbflorenz", as Dresden is also called, of the early 18th century.

During your 45-minute visit you will pass through 3 exciting stations:

1. The Hall of Mirrors

Thanks to augmented-reality technology, you can slip into the roles of different figures from the Baroque era.

2. The Theatre Court

Baroque life from different perspectives. Go riding or dancing and experience what made life in the 18th century so special - across all levels of society.

3. The Coach House

The undisputed highlight of our exhibition! Climb aboard one of our seven historic coaches and immerse yourself in the extravagant and opulent wedding celebrations of Friedrich August and Maria Josepha - all thanks to virtual reality.

At 1 p.m. the tour takes place exclusively in English.
