Short Characteristics
The apartments are located in the quiet district of Friedrichstadt, not far from the old town.
The building is located on a street with little traffic. Directly opposite is the largest baroque fountain in Dresden - the Neptune Fountain. You have the best view of the fountain from the adjoining café, where you can enjoy snacks, pastries and drinks from Mon to Sun.
You can reach the central sights such as the Frauenkirche, the Fürstenzug, Semperoper or the Zwinger in Dresden's historic old town in just a few minutes.
Not far from the apartments is the "Kraftwerk Mitte" - a unique art, culture and creative location. The area is home to the State Operetta, the Theater junge Generation, the Media Culture Center, a cinema and numerous restaurants.
If you like hiking, you can reach the Saxon Switzerland National Park in under 50 minutes.
The exhibition grounds and the congress center can be reached in 5 minutes by car, ideal for business people working there.
There are also supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. There is a pizzeria and an Asian cuisine restaurant just a few meters from the entrance.

There is free parking around the apartment. We offer a separate parking space in the underground car park for our guests.
HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS
1. check-in is from 15:00, check-out is no later than 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed upon check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. guests are not allowed to make reservations within their residence with us. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own residence.
3. smoking, parties, escortbusiness or other commercial use and excessive noise are not allowed, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. guests whose number exceeds that indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested and contacted prior to their stay.
7. guests are responsible and liable for the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, remotes or parking passes.
8. noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels 24/7. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
9. guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
10. before arrival, the identification of the guests takes place via information in an online registration form according to §§29 BMG. Guests who do not have a current residence in Germany must provide a photo ID to verify their information.
11. booking a reservation is accompanied by the agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.

Cancellation / payment conditions
If canceled 30 days prior to arrival, the full booking amount will be refunded.
If canceled within 30 - 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
If canceled within 14 days prior to arrival, the cleaning fee will be refunded.
