Cancellation / payment conditions
§ 1 rental object and key
1.1 The landlord rents to the tenant the accommodation specified in the attached binding booking confirmation for the time and number of people stated in the confirmation. 1.2 The rental property is fully furnished and furnished. 1.3 The tenant receives 1 front door key for the duration of the rental period against a key deposit of 100, - in cash, which will be repaid on departure and return of the key.
§ 2 rental period, arrival and departure, additional costs
2.1 The rental property is rented to the tenant for the time that is specified in the binding booking confirmation.
2.2 On the day of arrival, the rental property can be moved in flexibly between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
2.3 Earlier or later arrival times must be clarified in advance with the owner / administrator. Please note that due to cleaning work or the departure of guests, there may be some delays in moving into your holiday apartment.
2.4 On the day of departure, the tenant leaves the apartment no later than 10:00 a.m.
2.5 Late departures are only possible if no guest arrival is due on the same day and in advance.
2.6 The travel price includes: water, electricity, parking, WiFi, bed linen and towels (1 towel plus one shower towel per person). In the heating season, gas is charged at € 0.76 / m³ according to consumption. Each house has its own meter, the guest can check the meter reading in each house.
§ 3 rental price and method of payment
3.1 The complete rental price is broken down in the attached binding booking confirmation.
3.2 At the end of the rental period, the tenant has vacated the rental property and handed over the broom in a proper condition to the landlord / administrator and has to hand over the keys to the landlord / administrator or leave them in the property at the direction of the landlord / administrator.
3.3 The amount is payable as follows:
The deposit of 25% is to be paid within 3 days to the account named by the landlord in the booking confirmation.The remaining payment must be made to the same account four weeks before the start of the trip.If the time between the start of the trip and the booking confirmation is less than four weeks, the entire amount must be paid immediately.If the tenant is in arrears with the down payment or final payment, the landlord is entitled to terminate the contract without further reason without notice and to rent the property to someone else.
3.4 Pets
The prior consent of the landlord is required to take pets with you. Fees may apply and the renter is responsible for any damage caused by the animal.
3.5 Smoking
Please note that this is an allergy-free house and therefore smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
§ 4 Cancellation and termination of stay
4.1 If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental without naming a subsequent tenant who enters the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata rents (excluding final cleaning) must be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, if one other rental is not possible.
4.2 If there is no termination and the tenant does not arrive, the same conditions apply. It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance. Termination / cancellation

4.3 If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
