Shops and restaurants are about 200 meters away.
It is possible to accommodate two horses for rides in the Tharandt forest or tournaments.
Sauna can be used for a fee in the main house.

The house is located between the Tharandter Forest and "Osterzgebirge", about 20 kilometers from Dresden.
The good location between the two dams Klingenberg and Malter as well as the proximity to the ski area allow a varied leisure time.
