Cancellation / payment conditions

Payment is made by pre-authorization: 
In order to check the validity of your credit card and to guarantee your booking, 
the property reserves the right to temporarily block an amount equal to the total booking value. 
Please note that the accommodation tax is charged extra. This tax does not apply to business travelers. 

Cancellation policy: 
The apartment can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. 
After that a cancellation fee of 80% of the total booking value will be charged. 
In the event of an unannounced no-show, a no-show fee of 100% will be charged. 
Nevertheless, the landlord endeavors to rent the property to someone else.
