Details 
The apartment has a central entrance and still offers a lot of space with 35 m². 
The living room and bedroom is equipped with a radio, TV, sofa bed (for extra beds) and underfloor heating. 
The new fitted kitchen is richly equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, coffee machine, 
water and egg cooker, toaster, etc. Bed and table linen and towels are included. 
Washer and dryer in separate room for shared use.

Short Characteristics

Details on accommodation facilities The one-family dwelling is centrally located in Bannewitz near a golf course and approximately 8 km/5 miles away from the city center of Dresden. It was recently renovated and offers access to a great yard and a swimming pool. Furthermore we provide a free parking lot in front of the housing which is suitable for cars, motorcycles and bikes. Within 5 minutes (by car) you can reach several shopping facilities such as a bakery, a butcher´s shop or a grocery store. Goods of daily use and groceries can also be purchased in the corner shop nearby (5 minutes walking distance).The holiday flat has an central entrance and grants with its 35 m² lots of room. The living quarters are equipped with TV, radio, underfloor heating and a studio couch (possible to be used as additional sleeping berth). The new built-in kitchen includes a dish washer, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a hob, a coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster etc.The washing machine and dryer are available at joint use.

Which positive impressions did you get?

Die Wohnung ist sehr funktional und schön eingerichtet. Vor allem die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und bietet neben einer Vielzahl an Küchenutensilien sogar eine Spülmaschine. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Anfahrt war unkompliziert und auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut; man ist in kurzer Zeit in Dresden sowie in der sächsischen Schweiz.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und ist ansprechend eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten in Dresden. Ich kann die Unterkunften uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

interessante kleine Orte bzw. Sehenswürdigkeiten

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Semper-Oper: Kartenverkauf obwohl Programm bereits begonnen, dadurch kein Zutritt mehr, nur Übertragung vor einem Fernseher. Ort der Fernsehübertragung sehr schlecht, da ständig Geräusche! Besuch in der Frauenkirche ist scheinbar am Wochenende nicht einfach.

Mit Fahrräder (auch elektrischen) ist es schwierig fahren. Vor Besuch an Dresden nicht empfehlenswert.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Ferienwohnung in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Umgebung. Nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum Dresdens entfernt. Das ist unsere neue Stammunterkunft für unsere jährlichen Reisen nach Dresden.
