Our new and modern, with much love furnished apartment Moritzburg has a size of about 35 m² and
accommodates 2 - 3 people. It consists of a bright and friendly combined living and sleeping room with integrated kitchen, and a separate high-plan bathroom and large shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances, kitchen utensils and a separate small dining area in the living room.

The living area has a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as needed as an extra bed. It has room for relaxing evenings and a nice end to the day. Furthermore them is a satellite TV with integrated DVD player and free Wi-Fi. An extra bed is possible at any time.

The sleeping area is visually separated from the living area, which is equipped with a large double bed to ensure pleasant dreams.

By the public transportation you need about 25 minutes to the historic city center, with the car you need about 15 minutes.

A car park is available to our guests free of charge

Check in / Check out

The arrival is possible from 2.00 pm until 10.00 pm clock.
Check-out is possible until 11.00 am clock.

Please inform the owner about the exact arrival and departure times not later than 2 days in advance by phone or by email.

Cancellation / payment conditions

In the case of a confirmed booking, you must notify us at least 30 days before the arrival date in writing of any cancellation. Determines the date of cancellation is the receipt of written cancellation statement to us.

A cancellation up to 30 days before arrival will be not charged. If canceled up to 14 days before arrival 50% of the total price, 14-7 days before arrival date 70% and 7 - 1 day before arrival 90% of the total price will be charged.

The guest contract is finished as soon as our apartments ordered, committed and have been provided.

Payment of the apartments can be made on arrival in case of short-term bookings by bank transfer or cash.
