Cancellation / payment conditions
The following cancellation conditions apply to the call quota / the event "WTG2025 - World Transplant Games 2025 in Dresden":
• free cancellation until June 3rd, 2025
• 30% cancellation fee if canceled by July 4th, 2025
• 100% cancellation costs if canceled after July 4th, 2025
• free cancellations for medical reasons possible in individual cases

From the airport:* After your arrival at the airport Dresden Klotzsche you can use the city train S2 (in the direction of Pirna) until the station Dresden - Strehlen. Following you go by bus number 68 (in the direction of Goppeln / Leubnitzer Höhe) till the station Kauschaer Straßem, which stops directly in front of the Ramada by Wyndham Dresden. From the central station: * There you can use the tram numer 9 or 10 until the station Lennéplatz. Following you go by bus number 68 (in the direction of Goppeln / Leubnitzer Höhe) till the station Kauschaer Straße, which stops directly in front of the Ramada by Wyndham Dresden. Attention!Kindly note, that there are building operations at the station Lennéplatz. It would therefore be advisable, that you use the city bus number 76 (in the direction of Lockwitz) or 72 (in the direction of Luga) till the station Corinthstraße. Following you go by bus numer 68 (in the direction of Goppeln / Leubnitzer Höhe) till the station Kauschaer Straße, which stops directly in front of the Ramada by Wyndham Dresden. Alternative:* You can use the city train S1 (in direction of Schöna) or the S2 (in the direction of Pirna) to the station Dresden-Strehlen. Following you go by bus number 68 (in the direction of Goppeln / Leubnitzer Höhe) till the station Kauschaer Straße, which stops directly in front of the Ramada by Wyndham Dresden.
