Short Characteristics
Dresden has many sights to marvel at. The Maritim Hotel Dresden is an impressive building itself, as the hotel is located in a listed building: the "Erlweinspeicher". And it's right on the Elbe. This also means: an unobstructed view of the water or, alternatively, of Dresden's old town, which is only a few metres away. The direct connection to one of the most modern congress centres in Germany also makes the Maritim Hotel Dresden ideal for overnight stays for an event.
Compared to other hotel rooms in Dresden, all rooms are very large and wonderfully individual. In addition, they are all fully air-conditioned and equipped with allergy-friendly bed linen, which also provides non-allergy sufferers with a cosy sleeping experience. In addition, a mini fridge and a laptop-size safe with power connection are available to all guests of our hotel for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.
On request, we can provide a baby cot and additional equipment for baby and toddler needs. If you require a room suitable for disabled guests, extra-long beds or an allergy-friendly room, please contact us before your arrival.

Cancellation / payment conditions
Unless different cancellation and payment terms are specified for the room, the following provisions apply:
Customer Withdrawal / Non-utilization of Maritim Services
1. A customer may only withdraw from the contract concluded with Maritim if a right of withdrawal has been expressly agreed upon in the contract, if a statutory right of withdrawal exists, or if Maritim expressly consents to the cancellation of the contract. Any agreement regarding a right of withdrawal or consent to contract cancellation should be made in text form.
2. If a deadline has been agreed upon for the exercise of the right of withdrawal without charge, the customer may withdraw from the contract by that date without triggering any claims for payment or damages by Maritim. The customer's right of withdrawal expires if not exercised vis-à-vis Maritim in text form by the agreed deadline.
3. If no right of withdrawal has been agreed upon or if such right has already expired, and if no statutory right of withdrawal exists and Maritim does not consent to contract cancellation, Maritim retains the right to the agreed remuneration despite the non-utilization of the service. Maritim must credit any income from renting the rooms to other parties as well as any saved expenses. If the rooms are not rented to other parties, Maritim may demand the contractually agreed remuneration and apply a lump-sum deduction for saved expenses. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay at least 90% of the contractually agreed price for accommodation (with or without breakfast) and for package arrangements including third-party services, 70% for half-board arrangements, and 60% for full-board arrangements. The customer is entitled to prove that the aforementioned claim did not arise or did not arise in the amount demanded.

motorway exit "Dresden-Altstadt" (from direction of Frankfurt):- exit the motorway at "Dresden-Altstadt" to the city centre (Richtung Zentrum) on the B6 Meissen Landstrasse (Country Road)- turn into Hamburger Strasse, which becomes the Schäferstrasse- at the intersection of Weisseritzstrasse before the railway underpass, turn left onto the Weisseritzstrasse - at the signpost directions Innenstadt (to the city centre) turn right on to Ostra-Ufer - pass through the railway bridge and the Marienbrücke Bridge
- The International Congress Center and MARITIM Hotel of Dresden will then be visible on the left.
motorway exit "Dresden-Neustadt" (from direction of Berlin/Bautzen): - exit the motorway at "Dresden-Nord" to the city centre (Richtung Zentrum) onto Radeberger Strasse (E55) - drive down Radeberger Strasse, it becomes Hansastrasse - after passing through the railway bridge, right on Antonstrasse, continue over Marienbrücke Bridge - After going over the Marienbrücke Bridge, the International Congress Center is visible on the left. - turn right on Weisseritzstrasse at the first fork in the road after the bridge (pass under the railway bridge)- at the next intersection turn right on to Ostra-Ufer - drive through the railway bridge and the Marienbrücke Bridge .- The Congress Center and MARITIM Hotel is then visible on the left.
arriving by airplane:- take the S-Bahn (found in the lower level of the terminal) to the railway station "Dresden Neustadt" - tram Line no. 6, direction Gorbitz, two stations to "Maxstrasse" station- or: tram no. 11, direction Zschertnitz, two stations to station "Haus der Presse"- The International Congress Center and MARITIM Hotel is visible to the left after driving over the Marienbrücke Bridge. walk down Könneritzstrasse in the direction of Marienbrücke Bridge, turn right onto Devrientstrasse, the first left turn onto Ostra-Ufer
arriving by public transport (from central station): - take the S-Bahn in the direction of Meissen-Triebischtal for one station and get off at train station "Dresden Mitte". get out of the S-Bahn and walk in the direction the S-Bahn was going on Könneritzstrasse towards the bridge- turn right into Devrientstrasse before the Marienbrücke Bridge and turn left at the first fork in the road at Ostra-Ufer, or: get on tram no. 11 (direction Bühlau) at the train station and go six stops and get off at "Haus der Presse", after getting off, walk in the direction the tram is travelling until you get to an intersection; turn right on Könneritzstrasse- turn right at Devrientstrasse just before the Marienbrücke Bridge, turn left at the first fork in the road at Ostra-Ufer
Arriving by public transport (from train station Dresden Neustadt):- get on tram no. 6 (direction Gorbitz) for two stations and get off at "Maxstrasse"- or: get on tram no. 11 (direction Zschertnitz) and go two stops to "Haus der Presse".- After crossing the Marienbrücke Bridge the International Congress Center and MARITIM Hotel will be visible to the left.
