Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke. Unten ist die Küche und oben der große Wohn/Schlaf und Badbereich. Sie haben ein separates Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer ist halb abgetrennt in Wohnbereich mit Couch und Sitzgruppe/TV und nochmals ein großes franz. Bett. Die Wohnung ist optimal für Familien mit höchstens 2Kinder oder Gäste, die getrennt schlafen möchten.
Die freigelegten Eichenbalken tragen den Dachstuhl und verleihen so der Ferienwohnung ein großzügiges licht durchflutendes Ambiente. Von den großen Halbmondfenstern blicken sie auf unseren Efeu umrankten Rosengarten.Frühstück und Wäsche sind für 2 Personen im Preis inbegriffen. Wlan ist in der Wohnung vorhanden.

Short Characteristics

If you want something extraordinary we would like to welcome you to our carefully restored guest house from 1832. It used to be outbuilding and stables of the royal manor of Frederick August III. Spend your holidays in and around Dresden.

You will have your breakfast under cross vaults. You can also sit in the courtyard and enjoy the Tuscan air if the weather is fine.

Our guest house can be found in a quiet location outside the palace garden of the beautiful castle Pillnitz. (1,5 km) It is near the Dresden city centre (8 km) and the Saxon Switzerland (15 km). Public transport (bus) is only 100 m away, the bicycle lane 300 m. Many good restaurants and beer gardens are situated within walking distance from the guest house directly on the lovely floodplains of the Elbe river.

Rooms, apartment and the holiday home are comfortably equipped. (KA fabrics + Laura Ashley) The double rooms provide bathroom and TV. The apartments and the holiday home also provide a kitchen and are well suited for long time stays. Parking lot is available.

Königliche Ausspanne - der Name ist Programm. Man kann hier wunderbar schlafen :-) Die Wirtin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Alles ist sauber, auf dem Flur kann man für kleines Geld Getränke entnehmen.

Im Eingangsbereich riecht es immer nach kaltem Rauch. Im Flur der ersten Etage, wo die Gästezimmer sind, aber nicht.

Die Pension hat meinen Erwartungen und Bedürfnissen voll und ganz entsprochen. Fühlte mich wohl bei der Benutzung des Zimmers, es war sehr ruhig nachts, sauber, und das Frühstück für mich ausreichend. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit in Fragen zu Dresden und zur Benutzung des ÖV. Haltestelle 3 min. zu Fuss erreichbar, nur kurze Wartezeiten für den nächsten Bus. für Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof Dresden : Bus Nr.63 umsteigen Bergmannstrasse Tram Nr.10 gut 45-60 min Fahrzeit einberechnen.

Das Bad hatte eine sehr gute Lüftung. Beim Frühstücksbüffet konnte man eigentlich seine Bedürfnisse gut befriedigen - die Auswahl war gut, aber es hätte etwas vielfältiger sein können.

Das Zimmer im Netz sah größer aus, als es im realen war. Es hätte von vorn herhin darauf hingewiesen werden müssen, das es vorort kein EC-Cash Gerät gibt. Desweiteren sollte man auf die Höhe der Bettensteuer hin weisen.
